Thai Lemongrass Restaurant

My favorite Thai restaurant in Victoria. It's not Thai street food but it's very similar to high end restaraunts you can visit in Bangkok. The prawn salad is fabulous and so are the Thai soups. So good I'm going back tomorrow with my visiting relatives.

Amazing food! Even better service! I ordered the red curry lunch combo, extra hot. It was perfect in every way, with enough food to take for a snack later. I loved it! They gave great beer as well. The staff was super attentive, but never overwhelming. The washroom was clean. The atmosphere is inviting and the location could not be better, within walking distance of the beach. I love this place and will be back!

My favourite restaurant in Victoria hands down. They have amazing amazing amazing food. Their drunken noodles are out of this world and their chicken satay ..mmm..

I have a lot of food restrictions and they were able to accommodate them all. Whilst still maintaining a beautiful aromatic dining experience.

It's a beautiful venue in a great location! There's two out door eating areas and a large dining room upstairs for parties. There's a large selection of vegetarian options and the Pad Thai was super tasty!

Excellent foods and prices. Some of the best Thai foods I've had. Love the decor and quiet atmosphere.

The menu is quite extensive and the prices are fair. The service was good but as noted in other reviews the food does take a while to get to the table so allow yourself extra time to eat. Unfortunately the soup was a little cold and came at the same time as my main meal. I suspect the soup was sitting under the warming lights for a while that’s why it was cold.

A series of mistakes lead to a disappointing experience. We have eaten there a few times before. There were misunderstandings earlier as well. Different ones this time. We each ordered a meal and the server thought we were sharing just one. It took 50 minutes from when we arrived to when we were served. After we ate one, we needed to order a second one. Two hairs were found in the dish.I gave them to the server at the end, and we heard nothing about it. The food tasted good but not satisfying. It wasn't clear that the wrap, was a lettuce wrap.

Always have a great experience here! Great staff and great food at a fair price.

They are usually very authentic and good but tom yum goong and pad thai were too sweet today. Was the chef away?

Come here for lunch sometimes with work people. Good lunch special. Comes with soup and a spring roll. My go to is the red curry with chicken. Lots of food for a lunch. The spicy spice level has a nice kick to it too. Other people enjoyed the lettuce wraps here as well. They have Thai beer like Singha as well.

Food was really good, though the chicken noodle was a little too greacy for me. Our server Maison was amazing and such a sweetie, she dealt with my complex order due to allergies really nicely. One of the best servers I have met. Thank you

I eat here way more then I should. I always get the pad thai. All the protein additions are great. The coconut soup and golden cups appetizer is also amazing. It's not the cheapest place to eat but they are really friendly and honestly over head can't be cheap there so I'm happy paying a bit more for a neighborhood restaurant. Side note it's busy on weekends so u may want to make reservations.

Its been awhile since we've been back , shame on us ..LoLIf you're out in the area even if you're not it's worth the trip fantastic food lovely staff lot bigger than you think it is .Will be back this time with friends lol

Service was terrible. We became victims of the restaurant's popularity and were generally ignored for long periods of time. Never got water refills, had to ask for my drink order twice and then gave up on waiting to order dessert. Food was okay - already getting cold by the time it arrived, though.

Best Thai food I've ever eaten, prepared by chefs trained in Thailand. Good service, take out, and excellent selection. We love the red curry, coconut rice, mango chicken lettuce wrap, and well, everything. Fresh ingredients and skill of chefs clearly make this one of the best choices for dining in Victoria, BC.

Waited about 20-30 minutes longer for my takeout order than I was told on the phone. It looks like they have a lot of orders tonight, but they should have estimated more than 35-45 minutes if that's the case. If I had been told over an hour, I would have gone elsewhere.The food is usually good, but waiting around for this long makes it hard to enjoy it.

Tasty food, good portions, decent prices. Service is always solid. Exactly the food you'd expect from a typical Canadian Thai restaurant. One of the bigger patios if you like sitting outside.
